Weld-Hit / HFMI Operator Certification Training

As industries continue to prioritise structural safety, reliability and extended service life, effective fatigue management and weld improvement are essential for maintaining the integrity of cranes, heavy machinery and other welded steel structures.

This Weld-Hit / HFMI Operator Certification Training is designed to equip industry personnel with practical knowledge and hands-on competency in High Frequency Mechanical Impact (HFMI) technology to improve the fatigue performance of welded structures.

The one-day programme covers fundamental fatigue principles, fatigue-critical weld details, residual stresses, HFMI treatment principles, equipment handling, process setup and quality control requirements. Participants will gain practical experience through live demonstrations and hands-on HFMI treatment using Weld-Hit equipment, followed by a practical qualification and operator certification session.

The training is intended for engineers, inspectors, maintenance personnel, fabricators, contractors and other industry professionals.

Special Highlight: First Qualification without Exam

  • Minimum participants: 15 persons per training session
  • Training fee:  RM6,000.00 per person
